NO DEFAULT DISSOLUTION. The Joint Venture shall be dissolved and its affairs wound up in accordance with Section 8.5 hereof upon the first to occur of the following: (a) Upon the expiration of the term specified in Section 14.1 of this Agreement; (b) Issuance of an order by a court of competent jurisdiction, requiring the dissolution of the Joint Venture; or (c) The written consent of all the Partners.
