NO DEFAULT DISSOLUTION Sample Clauses
NO DEFAULT DISSOLUTION. The Joint Venture shall be dissolved and its affairs wound up in accordance with Section 8.5 hereof upon the first to occur of the following:
(a) Upon the expiration of the term specified in Section 14.1 of this Agreement;
(b) Issuance of an order by a court of competent jurisdiction, requiring the dissolution of the Joint Venture; or
(c) The written consent of all the Partners.
NO DEFAULT DISSOLUTION. Pursuant to Article 8.1, the Members shall proceed to wind up the affairs of the Joint Venture in the manner hereinafter provided; or
