No Dedication. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of Grantor's Property encumbered hereby to the general public or for the general public or for any public purposes whatsoever, it being the intention of the parties that the Easement granted herein shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.
