Common use of No Dedication Clause in Contracts

No Dedication. Nothing herein shall be construed as a dedication by any Party of its respective facilities to the other Party or to or for the benefit of any third party. Both Parties may each construct such facilities on their respective systems, as they may deem necessary or appropriate in their sole discretion. Nothing herein obligates either Party to construct any additional facilities (including measuring facilities) or to modify any future facilities not described herein or existing facilities to provide for the receipt or delivery of Gas contemplated hereunder.
