Common use of No Dedication Clause in Contracts

No Dedication. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a dedication by any Party of its respective facilities to the other Party or to or for the benefit of any third party. Both Parties may each construct such facilities on their respective systems, as they may deem necessary or appropriate in their sole discretion.
