No Continuing Waivers. If any covenant or agreement contained in the Loan Documents is breached by Borrower and thereafter waived by Lender, such waiver shall be limited to the particular breach so waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other breach hereunder. No waiver shall be binding unless it is in writing and signed by Lender. No course of dealing between Lender and Borrower, nor any delay nor omission on the part of Lender in exercising any rights under the Loan Documents, shall operate as a waiver.
