Common use of No Consequential Loss Clause in Contracts

No Consequential Loss. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the Parties agree that no Party is in any circumstances liable in respect of any breach of this Agreement to the other Party for: (a) any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of contract, loss of goodwill, or increased cost of working; or (b) any indirect or consequential loss.
