No consequential claims. 28.5.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 28, the indemnities herein provided shall not include any claim or recovery in respect of any cost, expense, loss or damage of an indirect, incidental or consequential nature, including loss of profit, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. 28.5.2 The aggregate liability of either Party, under or in connection with the Agreement other than those provided under Clause 25.5 of this Agreement, shall not exceed 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total Project Cost.
