Common use of No consequential claims Clause in Contracts

No consequential claims. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in no event shall any Party, its officers, employees or agents be liable to indemnify the other Party for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement in respect of any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, suffered by such other Party.
