No Conflicting Obligation. Director represents that his performance of all the terms of this Agreement and as a Director to the Corporation does not and will not breach any agreement to keep information acquired by Director prior to the Service Period in confidence or trust. Director has not entered into, and agrees he will not enter into, any agreement either written or oral in conflict herewith.
