Common use of No Conflicting Activities Clause in Contracts

No Conflicting Activities. During Executive’s employment with the Company (whether or not such employment continues beyond the Employment Term), Executive agrees that Executive’s employment is on an exclusive basis and that Executive: i) will not engage in any activity which is in conflict with Executive’s duties and obligations hereunder, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage; and ii) will not engage in any other activities which could harm the business or reputation of the Company or any of its affiliates.
