Common use of No Collateral Clause in Contracts

No Collateral. Notwithstanding any provision of this Confirmation or the ISDA Agreement, or any other agreement between the parties, to the contrary, the obligations of Counterparty under the Transaction is not secured by any collateral. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the ISDA Agreement or any other agreement between the parties includes an ISDA Credit Support Annex or other agreement pursuant to which Counterparty collateralizes obligations to Bank, then the obligations of Counterparty hereunder will not be considered to be obligations under such Credit Support Annex or other agreement pursuant to which Counterparty collateralizes obligations to Bank, and the Transaction shall be disregarded for purposes of calculating any Exposure or similar term thereunder.
