No Charge; Disposition of Void Certificates. or Class C ------------------------------------------------------ Certificates. ------------ No service charge shall be made to a Certificateholder or Class C Certificateholder for any transfer or exchange of Certificates or Class C Certificates, but the Certificate Registrar may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of Certificates or Class C Certificates. All Certificates or Class C Certificates surrendered for transfer and exchange shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Trustee.
