Common use of No Charge; Disposition of Void Certificates Clause in Contracts

No Charge; Disposition of Void Certificates. No service charge shall be made to a Certificateholder for any transfer or exchange of Certificates, but the Certificate Registrar may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of Certificates. All Certificates surrendered for transfer and exchange shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Trustee.
