Common use of No Change in Condition Clause in Contracts

No Change in Condition. No change in the business, assets, management, operations, financial condition or prospects of the Borrower or any of its Properties shall have occurred since September 30, 2004, which change, in the judgment of the Administrative Agent, will have or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

No Change in Condition. No change in the business, assets, management, operations, financial condition or prospects of the Borrower or any of its Properties shall have occurred since September 30, 20042001, which change, in the judgment of the Administrative Agent, will have or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

No change in the business, assets, management, operations, financial condition or prospects of the Borrower or any of its Properties Subsidiaries or Minority Holdings shall have occurred since September 30, 2004, 1999 which change, in the judgment of the Administrative Agent, will have or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
