Common use of No Change in Condition Clause in Contracts

No Change in Condition. No change in the business, assets, management, operations, financial condition or prospects of the Borrower or any of its Properties shall have occurred since June 30, 2000 which change, in the judgment of the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Agent, will have a Material Adverse Effect.
