Consultant shall not have, nor shall Consultant represent to others as having, any authority to commit the Company by negotiation or otherwise to any contract, agreement, or other legal commitments in the name of or binding on the Company or its assets or properties, or to pledge or extend credit in the name of the Company, without the written consent or instruction of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
