No Applicability to Transmission Service Clause Samples

The "No Applicability to Transmission Service" clause establishes that the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement do not extend to or govern transmission services. In practice, this means that any obligations, rights, or responsibilities described in the contract are limited to the specific services covered—such as generation or distribution—and do not apply to the movement of electricity over transmission lines. This clause serves to prevent confusion or disputes by clearly delineating the scope of the agreement, ensuring that transmission services are addressed separately and not inadvertently included.
