Common use of No Amendment or Waiver Clause in Contracts

No Amendment or Waiver. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Debenture, no amendment or waiver of any provisions of this Debenture, nor consent to any departure by the Corporation therefrom (except as described in Article 13), shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be obtained in the manner, and on the terms and conditions set forth in Article 14, and then such amendment, waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it was given and shall not extend to or be taken in any manner whatsoever to affect any subsequent breach or Default or to affect the rights of the Holders resulting therefrom.
