No Amendment and Order of Precedence. Operational documentation (including the Documentation, Change Control Procedure and other parts of the Procedures Manual) shall not be used to, and shall not, amend this Agreement. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement, if there is a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and such documentation, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
