No Agency Created. It is understood and agreed that Dealer is not, nor shall it at any time represent itself to be, the agent, employee, representative, partner, or franchisee of Sea Ray for any purpose. Neither party shall enter into any contract or commitment in the name of or on behalf of the other party. Sea Ray has no fiduciary duty to Dealer pursuant to this Agreement or the relationship between the parties. Dealer is not required to pay, and shall not pay, to Sea Ray any fee for the right to purchase the Products or otherwise do business with Sea Ray.
