Common use of No Agency Created Clause in Contracts

No Agency Created. It is understood and agreed that Dealer is not, nor shall it at any time represent itself to be, the agent, employee, representative, partner, or franchisee of Boston Whaler for any purpose. Neither party shall enter into any contract or commitment in the name of or on behalf of the other party. Boston Whaler has no fiduciary duty to Dealer pursuant to this Agreement or the relationship between the parties. Dealer is not required to pay, and shall not pay, to Boston Whaler any fee for the right to purchase the Products or otherwise do business with Boston Whaler.
