Common use of No additional costs Clause in Contracts

No additional costs. If at the time of, or immediately after, any transfer by a Bank of any part of the rights, benefits and/or obligations under this Agreement, or any change in the office through which it lends for the purposes of this Agreement, the Borrowers would be obliged to pay to the Transferee Bank or (in the case of a change of lending office) the Bank under Clauses 11.7 or 21.2 any sum in excess of the sum (if any) which it would have been obliged to pay to the relevant Bank under the relevant Clause in the absence of such transfer or change, the Borrowers shall not be obliged to pay that excess.
