No Actual Conversion Sample Clauses

No Actual Conversion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Certificate of Designation, shares of Series B Preferred Stock shall be deemed converted into Common Stock solely for the purposes expressly set forth herein, but in no event shall any shares of Series B Preferred Stock actually be converted into or exchanged for Common Stock.
