Night Training Clause Samples
The Night Training clause establishes the terms and conditions under which training activities may be conducted during nighttime hours. Typically, this clause outlines specific timeframes considered as 'night,' sets forth any additional safety requirements, and may require prior notification or approval before such training occurs. Its core practical function is to ensure that night training is conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations, thereby mitigating risks associated with reduced visibility and potential disturbances.
Night Training. If training is to occur at night, no training evolution shall begin after 10 p.m.
Night Training. Response: Section 4.2(1)(a) was modified to specifically allow only the Ashland Police Department to use the property for special night training (such training usually occurs about once per year). However, to use the property for training after hours, nearby property owners must be given notice at least two weeks in advance.
