NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS. 1. Custodial employees working building night shift will receive a ten-cent (.10) an hour premium pay for all hours worked.
NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS. 10.5.1 Night shift employees are entitled to one week's paid annual leave in addition to the annual leave prescribed by subclause 10.1.
10.5.2 If a night shift employee serves only a portion of a year on night shift the employee will be allowed the additional leave on a proportionate basis.
10.5.3 For the purposes of subclause 10.3 the ordinary time rate of pay applicable to night shift employees in respect of annual leave is the rate of pay applicable to them immediately prior to the commencement of the annual leave.
