Common use of Night Differentials Clause in Contracts

Night Differentials. Employees scheduled to work hours between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be paid for those hours, a differential of $.80 per hour. The differential shall be paid only for those hours actually worked between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and only if the employee is not being paid at an overtime or premium rate.
