Night Crews. Payment : The first two nights worked (excluding regular days off) on the night work period will be paid at premium payment. The first two days worked (excluding regular days off) on the day work period will be recognized as overtime after regular hours are completed. APPENDIX “E” NIGHT CREWS Payment: The remaining nights will be paid at straight time for the first eight (8) hours of work and applicable overtime rates for work beyond eight (8) hours. Premium payment for night crews will not be recognized as overtime payment. Night Crew coverage will be any hours other than regular day hours. Selection: Selections will be made from the most current daily overtime list. Each employee in turn will have the option to choose the period the employee wishes to work, or decline. This procedure continues until there are no options left; since there may be overtime involved, each employee may exercise their option except that the employee may be obligated to work overtime as outlined in If the employee declines to work either option the employee will be charged with the greater of the overtime charges. The employee will still be eligible to work other overtime during the night crew period; the employee will not be charged for any of this overtime if the employee declines; however, if the employee works, the employee will be charged for the overtime work in addition to the overtime charges the employee incurred for declining the night crew. Any regular hours lost during night crew assignment may be made up at straight time payment at a mutually agreed upon time. Re-staffing will be considered for crews that extend beyond fourteen days. When accepting the night crew assignment an employee must accept the total package which may include overtime hours as well as hours at premium time. NOTE: Priority Turnarounds are those turnarounds that are given priority over other turnarounds by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union.   • Flight Crew (a) Lessor shall employ or engage and pay all salaries, benefits and/or compensation for a fully-qualified flight crew with appropriate credentials to conduct each flight undertaken under this Agreement. Lessor may use temporary flight crewmembers for a flight under this Agreement only if any such temporary crewmember is FlightSafety (or SimuFlite) trained, is current on the Aircraft and satisfies all of the requirements and conditions under the insurance coverage for the Aircraft. All flight crewmembers shall be included on any insurance policies that Lessor is required to maintain hereunder.

  • Night Duty 259. Employees shall be paid eight percent (8%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least one (1) hour between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 260.   • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.
