Common use of NFR-based License Clause in Contracts

NFR-based License. If Your Proof of Entitlement for certain Software (or a separate written agreement with Pulse Secure) identifies Your license as "Not for Resale" or with words of like meaning, AND if You are a Pulse Secure- authorized distributor or reseller, then for the license term (see Section 4, above) You may use the Software, but only to demonstrate features and performance of the Software to prospective buyers, and only while You remain a Pulse Secure-authorized distributor or reseller. The Software provided under this license may not be resold.
