Common use of New Registered Notes Clause in Contracts

New Registered Notes. Each new Registered Note to be issued upon the transfer of a Registered Note will, within five Relevant Banking Days of the Transfer Date, be available for collection by each relevant Holder at the specified office of the Registrar or, at the option of the Holder requesting such transfer, be mailed (by uninsured post at the risk of the Holder(s) entitled thereto) to such address as may be specified by such Holder. For these purposes, a form of transfer received by the Registrar after the Record Date in respect of any payment due in respect of Registered Notes shall be deemed not to be effectively received by the Registrar until the day following the due date for such payment.
