New Process Technology Sample Clauses

New Process Technology. Hypercom shall own all New Process Technology developed solely by Hypercom. Venture shall own all New Process Technology developed solely by Venture, or jointly by Hypercom and Venture.

New Process Technology. New Process Technologies that have been developed by Liquidmetal, alone or with a third party, shall be solely owned by Liquidmetal. New Process Technologies that have been developed by Eutectix, alone or with a third party, shall be solely owned by Eutectix, and, if permitted, Eutectix shall grant Liquidmetal a license to such New Process Technologies as set forth in Section 8.3 below. New Process Technologies that have been developed by cooperation of the Parties shall be jointly and equally owned by the Parties, and any royalties for the use thereof by third parties shall be shared equitably between the Parties. The Parties shall work cooperatively toward the appropriate patent or other legal protection of such jointly and equally owned Intellectual Property.
