New Phone Numbers. You may request a new Number or Numbers for use with the Service. In some instances, certain numbers may not be available due to a lag in database updates, Futra Solutions will send you a list of currently available numbers to choose from. Therefore, when you choose a Number(s) from the list, you should inform Futra Solutions of your selections as soon as possible so the Number(s) can be reserved for you. Once your Number(s) have been reserved, you may need to call from another phone service (i.e cell phone) to confirm the Number(s) are attached to your account. Futra Solutions’ liability for a Number that is unavailable due to a database lag is limited to the cost the Customer paid for the Number itself. Futra Solutions’ will not be responsible for any consequential damages, including, but not limited, to marketing costs associated with the use of the Number(s) that are ultimately unavailable. By utilizing Futra Solutions’ Number Availability List, you agree to abide by this condition.
