New Faculty Learning Academy Clause Samples
The New Faculty Learning Academy clause establishes a structured program or requirement for newly hired faculty members to participate in professional development activities. Typically, this involves attending workshops, seminars, or training sessions designed to familiarize new faculty with institutional policies, teaching methodologies, and available resources. By mandating participation in such an academy, the clause ensures that new faculty are better prepared to meet institutional expectations and integrate smoothly into the academic community, ultimately supporting effective teaching and retention.
