New Entrant. 8.2.1 If at any time during the term of this Agreement, any third party wishes to utilise any part of the Replacement Operating Contracts, the Parties will meet to discuss and, acting reasonably and in good faith, determine whether agreement should be given to that third party utilising the Replacement Operating Contracts and, if so, the terms of that agreement with the intention that the WCAs are in no worse position as a result of the third party’s use, and that such third party is not put in any better position than the WCAs.

New Entrant. An Employee who has no previous experience in a factory environment and performs basic duties under direct supervision. Typical duties under this grade could include: • Carry out simple tasks under supervision to assist a higher grade Employee responsible for sorting goods and materials. An Employee classified at Level 1 will remain at this level until they are assessed as competent. Provided that a casual employee can progress to a Level 2 after 6 months experience. Level 2 An Employee who has at least 6 months experience in a factory environment or who can demonstrate relevant prior experience acceptable to the Employer which enables the Employee to work effectively at this level. In addition to the duties of a Level 1, typical duties of an Employee at this grade could include: • Analyse and sort donated goods into their respective categories for sale or appropriate disposal • Maintain and clean sorting work area.
New Entrant. A new entrant is an employee who has never previously worked in the Building and Construction Industry. A New Entrant will become entitled to be classified as a Trainee Demolisher after completing the probationary period, set out in clause 8. TRAINEE DEMOLISHER (TD) A person with little or no previous experience in the industry who has passed the probationary period, or no previous experience in the demolition industry and who has, in the opinion of company management, completed all of the requirements listed below:

External organisation may apply according to the rules set up in the Long Term Management Agreement. Common Pot It is the communal fund where financial contributions from the CFE Consortium members flow into in order to allow the Secretariat to carry out the activities as set up in Art. 9. The Common Pot is fed with contributions according to the needs defined by the General Assembly. Total contribution is divided into shares, one for each CFE Consortium member.

New Entrant. This is a trainee position. The New Entrant will remain at this level for period of 3 months and will be expected to have met all training requirements and certificates applicable to this level. A New Entrant will be required to train and perform a wide range of general duties and assisting the supervisor as directed. These duties may include cleaning and other duties incidental to the position. Employees will be required to carry out these functions in a manner, which meets their obligations under safety and environmental laws. The employee will be expected to take appropriate action in relation to safety and environmental hazards within his training and skill level. This includes the requirement to carry out safety audits to identify hazards and intervening to prevent safety incidents. At all t xxxx the employee is to comply with the Company’s safety standards, policies and procedures. If a New Entrant fails to successfully complete the training required within the specified period (i.e. 3 months), then the parties shall consider any extenuating circumstances, which may have existed to prevent this person from completing the training within that specified period. If there are no extenuating circumstances, then the parties shall have further discussions with regards to the employees suitability for continued employment. An employee must be prepared to use any of the skills required for the above position as required.

  • Exit Management The Contractor shall perform its relevant Exit Management obligations as part of the Framework whether applicable on either the expiry or early termination of this Agreement.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.

  • Change Management BellSouth provides a collaborative process for change management of the electronic interfaces through the Change Control Process (CCP). Guidelines for this process are set forth in the CCP document as amended from time to time during this Agreement. The CCP document may be accessed via the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Adaptive Management ‌ This CCAA is based on the principles of Adaptive Management set out in 65 Fed. Reg. at 35,242. The adaptive management process is a structured approach for dealing with uncertainty. The adaptive management process develops hypotheses regarding uncertainty and research to test those hypotheses in an iterative process to develop effective strategies for minimizing the uncertainty. The signatories to this CCAA agree and recognize that implementation of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures and Actions, and the Covered Area may change as new science emerges. The effectiveness of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures, Conservation Actions, monitoring methods, and new technologies will be reviewed by the Administrator on an annual basis, with input from the Adaptive Management Committee. The Adaptive Management Committee will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of Conservation Program under the 2020 DSL CCAA as described in Sections 2.0 and 16.1, including the effectiveness and implementation of the Conservation Strategy, Conservation Measures and Conservation Actions; setting priorities for DSL Habitat conservation and monitoring habitat loss; and recommending changes to any aspect of the Conservation Program based on new science. As a result, appropriate modifications to the Conservation Measures and Actions may be incorporated to further refine the goals and objectives of this 2020 DSL CCAA. Such modifications are incorporated into existing CIs, if they were identified in changed circumstances in the 2020 DSL CCAA. Modifications not related to changed circumstances identified in the 2020 DSL CCAA and instead related to unforeseen circumstances may be incorporated into new CIs that take effect after the modifications have been made and to existing CIs only with written consent from the Participants and Service. Additionally, research projects that are designed to determine the effectiveness of management practices will be encouraged and utilized to determine what Adaptive Management is necessary. Changes resulting from Adaptive Management will flow through the Governance structure as described in Section 2.0 of this CCAA.

About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan.   • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.
