Network Provider Information Sample Clauses
The Network Provider Information clause requires the disclosure or provision of specific details about the network provider involved in a contractual arrangement. Typically, this includes information such as the provider's name, contact details, and relevant technical or operational data necessary for the other party to interact with or rely on the network services. By mandating the sharing of this information, the clause ensures transparency and facilitates effective communication, thereby reducing misunderstandings and supporting the smooth operation of network-dependent services.
Network Provider Information. All Network Providers for Covered Services shall be listed in all provider directories and resource materials for Client Participants, regulatory authorities, and prospective participants and groups, including printed and on-line or electronically-accessed directories. Client agrees to update these listings with information provided by ACS at the same time that it routinely updates such listings for Client contracted providers, but no less frequently than monthly. Client shall provide ACS with applicable Benefit Plan coverage codes, eligibility verification contact information and related information to allow ACS to furnish this information to its Network Providers.
Network Provider Information. ACS shall deliver the names and demographics for each of its Network Provider to Client on a monthly basis in a mutually agreed-upon electronic format. Network Providers that have also entered into agreements with the Client shall provide Covered Services to the Client pursuant to its respective ACS Provider Agreement. Client shall take such action as is necessary to provide that the agreement between ACS and the relevant Network Provider shall prevail over such existing agreements.
Network Provider Information. For each of the following Provider types covered under the Contract (physicians, including specialists; hospitals; pharmacies; behavioral health Providers; and LTSS Providers, as appropriate), Contractor shall make the following information on the Contractor’s Network Providers available to the Enrolled Member in paper form upon request and electronic form:
a) Names, as well as any group affiliations.
b) Street addresses.
c) Telephone numbers.
d) Website URLs, as appropriate.
e) Specialties, as appropriate.
f) Whether Network Providers will accept new Enrolled Members.
g) The cultural and linguistic capabilities of Network Providers, including languages (including ASL) offered by the Provider or a skilled medical interpreter at the Provider’s office.
h) Whether Network Providers’ offices/facilities have accommodations for people with physical disabilities, including offices, exam room(s) and equipment. See: 42 C.F.R. § 438.10(h)(1)(i) - (viii); 42 C.F.R. § 438.10(h)(2); 42 C.F.R. § 457.1207. {From CMSC C.4.01 - C.4.08}.
