Network Modifications. Each party agrees to notify the other party ** in advance of all new Border Cell Site Additions and provide the appropriate information to ensure new sites will handover properly. Each party agrees to notify the other party thirty (30) days in advance of all Border Cell Site modifications that may affect Inter-System Handovers. These include, but are not limited to, changes of antenna type, ERP, antenna height and frequency re-tunes.
