Network Modifications. Each party agrees to notify the other party ** in advance of all new Border Cell Site Additions and provide the appropriate information to ensure new sites will handover properly. Each party agrees to notify the other party thirty (30) days in advance of all Border Cell Site modifications that may affect Inter-System Handovers. These include, but are not limited to, changes of antenna type, ERP, antenna height and frequency re-tunes.
Network Modifications. The Local Program shall work with DNR to ensure that network modifications are made according to 40 CFR Pt. 58, Subpart B.
Network Modifications. Customer understands that Fast PC Networks may add or remove network hardware and/or modify or augment its network in the future, which in turn may necessitate other changes or modifications to Customer's Services. In this instance: (a) Customer agrees to cooperate in good faith with Fast PC Networks to facilitate said network change or modification; (b) Customer may be required to purchase additional services in order to maintain current service configuration. When possible, Fast PC Networks agrees to provide Customer with sixty (60) days' notice of any such modifications and corresponding requirements to Customer, after which Customer shall have five (5) days to cancel any service affected without further liability.
