Network Configuration Data Sample Clauses

Network Configuration Data. Supplier (i) shall provide ABM (and its third party vendors) with network configuration data in relation to the network Supplier provides for ABM and/or the Eligible Recipients; and (ii) hereby grants to ABM (and its third party vendors) the right to use such data in connection with businesses of ABM and the Eligible Recipients.

Network Configuration Data. Supplier (i) shall provide Triad (and its third party vendors) with network configuration data in relation to the network Supplier provides for Triad and/or the Eligible Recipients in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) hereby grants to Triad (and its third party vendors) the right to use such data in connection with businesses of Triad and the Eligible Recipients.

Network Configuration Data. Supplier (i) shall provide Allianz (and Third Party Contractors) with network configuration data with respect to the network provided and used by Supplier to provide the Services; and (ii) hereby grants Allianz (and Third Party Contractors) the right to use such data in connection with the performance of ancillary services (e.g., security reviews or audits) or the exercise of Allianz’s other rights under this Agreement (in each case, subject to compliance by the applicable Allianz Third Party Contractors with the requirements of Section 4.7(b)).

Network Configuration Data. Supplier (i) shall provide New Century (and New Century Third Party Contractors) with network configuration data with respect to the network provided and used by Supplier to provide Services to New Century and/or the Eligible Recipients; and (ii) hereby grants New Century (and New Century Third Party Contractors) the right to use such data in connection with the performance of ancillary services (e.g., security reviews or audits) or the exercise of New Century’s other rights under this Agreement.

Network Configuration Data. Service Provider (i) shall provide Allegheny (and its third party vendors) with network configuration data pertinent to Allegheny’s and/or the Eligible Recipients’ use of the network supported by Service Provider; and (ii) hereby grants to Allegheny (and its third party vendors) the unlimited right to use such data in connection with businesses of Allegheny and the Eligible Recipients.

Network Configuration Data. Supplier (i) shall provide Hercules (and Hercules Third Party Contractors) with network configuration data with respect to the network provided and used by Supplier to provide Services to Hercules and/or the Eligible Recipients; and (ii) hereby grants Hercules (and Hercules Third Party Contractors) the right to use such data in connection with the performance of ancillary services (e.g., security reviews or audits) or the exercise of Hercules' other rights under this Agreement.
