Network Availability. Network Availability is a measurement of the average percent of total time that Ethernet and TDM Service is operative when averaged over a thirty (30) day month (720 hour) period. Ethernet and TDM Service is inoperative when the virtual circuit (“VC”) or port connection (“Port”) status becomes “inactive” and unable to pass traffic due to a fault within Mediacom’s network. Network Availability for Service will be 99.9% for all services on the network.
