Net Lease Not Guaranty Sample Clauses

Net Lease Not Guaranty. Nothing contained in this Section 9 shall be construed as (a) a guaranty of (i) the value of the Undivided Interest or the Facility upon the expiration or termination of the Lease Fixed Term or any Renewal Term, (ii) the useful life of the Facility or (iii) payment of any of the Lessor Notes, or (b) a prohibition of assertion of any claim against any manufacturer, supplier, dealer, vendor, contractor (including, without limitation, NYSEG or NGE), subcontractor or installer with respect to the Facility.
