Common use of Net Collections Clause in Contracts

Net Collections. The term “Net Collections” shall mean net proceeds from the sale of the Collateral, after payment of any necessary and ordinary expenses incurred by B Participant or the Ownership Entity in connection therewith, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, costs of sale and all unpaid Asset Management Fees, Borrower Reimbursable Costs and Post-Acquisition Costs.
