Net Cash Flow from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in Section 12.2 (on liquidation) hereof, and subject to the mandatory tax distribution set forth in Section 7.4 hereof, Net Cash Flow from Operations shall be distributed with respect to a Fiscal Year at times determined by the Manager in the following order and priority:
