NEO Propulsion Systems Sample Clauses
The "NEO Propulsion Systems" clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, supply, or integration of NEO-branded propulsion systems within the scope of the agreement. This clause typically outlines the technical specifications, performance standards, and any proprietary requirements associated with these propulsion systems, as well as the responsibilities of each party regarding installation, maintenance, or support. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and obligations concerning NEO propulsion systems, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring consistent performance standards.
