Negotiation Team. No more than five (5) designated representatives of the Board will meet with no more than five (5) representatives of the Association elected by the bargaining unit for the purpose of negotiations. Neither party shall attempt to exert influence over the other party’s selection of representatives. All negotiations shall take place exclusively between the designated representatives of the parties. Negotiations shall be conducted in closed sessions and shall remain confidential until tentative agreement is reached and the ratification process is commenced. Press or new releases or statements will be made only jointly and by agreement of both parties.
