Common use of Negotiation Team Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Team. A. This bargaining unit’s negotiating team shall be composed of not more than two (2) members plus the Local President. However, no more than one (1) Transit Operator shall participate in negotiations. Bargaining team members shall be permitted to attend negotiating meetings with the City without loss of pay relative to securing contract renewal to the extent that such meetings are scheduled during duty hours of the members so attending.
