Negotiation Preparation Time. Upon advance approval by the Chief of Police or designee, time off may be allowed for up to eight (8) hours per person each week for a maximum of three (3) members of the negotiating committee, designated in advance, during the last sixty (60) days of this Agreement, exclusive of any extensions.
