Common use of Negotiation; Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Negotiation; Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to the performance of services under this Agreement. Disputes will not be subject to binding arbitration.
