Common use of Negotiated Document Clause in Contracts

Negotiated Document. Each and every provision of this Lease Agreement has been independently, separately, and freely negotiated by the parties as if this Lease Agreement were drafted by all parties hereto. The parties therefore waive any statutory or common law presumption which would serve to have this document construed in favor of or against any party as the drafter hereof.
