  • Negotiability This Warrant is issued upon the following terms, to all of which each taker or owner hereof consents and agrees:

  • Endorsement The Supplier must not claim that Sourcewell endorses its Equipment, Products, or Services.

  • Non-Endorsement The Governing Board acknowledges that the granting of a Charter Agreement in no way represents or implies endorsement by the SCSB of any particular method used by the Charter School or its agents; nor does this Agreement constitute a guarantee by the SCSB of the success of the Charter School in providing a learning environment that shall improve student achievement.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • No Endorsement Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be construed as permission to assert or imply that You are, or that Your use of the Licensed Material is, connected with, or sponsored, endorsed, or granted official status by, the Licensor or others designated to receive attribution as provided in Section 3(a)(1)(A)(i).

  • Endorsements Each Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability policy shall be endorsed with the following specific language:

  • Business Automobile Insurance This insurance shall contain a combined single limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, and include coverage for, but not limited to the following:  Bodily injury and property damage  Any and all vehicles owned, used or hired The policy shall also contain the following endorsements or language, which shall be indicated on the certificate of insurance:  Waiver of subrogation in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Additional insured endorsement in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Separation of insureds.  The policy shall be primary and non-contributing with respect to any insurance carried by Railway.

  • Check Safekeeping If you can write checks on your account and utilize check safekeeping or any other system offered by us for the retention of your checks, you understand that the canceled checks will be retained by us and destroyed after a reasonable time period or as required by law. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a copy of a check, our liability will be limited to the lesser of the face amount of the check or the actual damages sustained by you. When you request a copy of a check it may be subject to a fee as defined in the Disclosures.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement Form The Contractor shall name the Owner as additional insured on Contractor’s Commercial General Liability policy.

  • Escrow Agent Not Responsible for Genuineness The Escrow Agent will not be responsible or liable in any manner whatever for the sufficiency, correctness, genuineness or validity of any escrow security deposited with it.
