Common use of Negotiable Documents, Instruments and Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Negotiable Documents, Instruments and Chattel Paper. Each Grantor has delivered to the Administrative Agent possession of all originals of all Documents, Instruments, Promissory Notes, and tangible Chattel Paper constituting Collateral and owned or held by such Grantor on the Closing Date duly endorsed and accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
