Necessary Forms. LESSEE shall provide prior written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and must receive the prior written consent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, prior to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s execution of any assignment, mortgage, deed of trust or security interest which may affect ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s leasehold interest or any Personal Property and Non-Approved Personal Property owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, using forms provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and accompanied by a processing fee in such amount as determined from time to time by any applicable rule or policy of LESSOR.
